How is everyone? I'm golden! I’ve pretty much had the same thing on my bio for like 2 or 3 years, so to any one who has been here before and might read this, here is a little bit of a change. For those of you who are new to me let me introduce myself. I'm Ben, I’m 23 and I live in Lincoln California (its really close to Sac-town), I am a full time student at Sac State workin on my degree in Communications and part time employee at the Music Store in Rocklin. I also teach private drum lessons once a week to help make ends meet (so if anyone needs lessons let me know). I'm a proud Shine drums artist and drummer for the local Sacramento rock band New Logic (be sure to stop by the page and listen to our new single "I gatta Gun". I also play from time to time with the Sierra college jazz voices and we took second in Reno last year! I also try to find time to jam in a small jazz group called "Round Midnight" with my best friend and piano player Val. my buddy Brett joins us on bass from time to time and friend and fellow co worker Erik on guitar. I’m always looking for a good gig and real musicians to jam with and of cores any thing that pays the bills. I’m also trying to expand my musical horizons because Val tells me I’m "just a Drummer" so I learned how to play a little guitar and bass to help get my creative side out. When I’m not playin my drums goin to school or workin I try to find time in my life for my other love... things with wheels. I sold my car back in May and bought a 2007 Yamaha V-Star 650 (two wheel things are the shit!) and for the days when it gets a little chilly or wet (or if I just want to cruz) I have a 1965 Mustang. any-who that’s enough about me I hope you enjoy the page and be sure to drop me a line and tell me a little about yourself... unless I already know you and in that case... well... hey, what’s up?
