Tout Dread Production is an independent bookings & management agency for worldgroove artists. Founder and soul behind Tout Dread Productions, David Smans, is (or has been working) as music programmer / promoter of several projects in Belgium (such as Popdag (Poppunt), HoveLive festival, Grind2002, backstage coordination Mano Mundo Festival, jury member for several contests such as local rock rally's, demo contests and Catch a Mic (a Poppunt & Reggae Geel project)…) In 2003 an upcoming young Belgian band named HUMb asked to do their bookings & management. This new adventure has been running well and other bands showed their interest to work together. With as result the start of Tout Dread Productions in June 2004. In a short period of time Tout Dread Productions has grown into a European booking agency. Concentrating at the alternative multicultural musical scene such as Reggae, Ska, Funk, HipHop and Mestizo.

Besides Artist bookings
In the future Tout Dread Productions will also spend more time in organising concerts & parties. With these projects we do not claim to be able to change the world. However, by offering great national and international talents, we hope that the public shares our ideas relating to solidarity and the tolerance. Our attention will be going to less commercial musical styles such as reggae, mestizo, hip hop, funk,…Feel the rhythm and catch the vibe
