SHEILA, TAKE A BOW. and again, it feels like i'm lying in that field again, getting blissfully high from the sense of freedom those days gave us. and whenever we caught a bird in the trap it was always your patience which brought us sucess. yet i jumped in and stole all the glory, hogging the limelight as little girls do. sometimes i wonder if we'll ever get those days back again. even if we don't, they are the best memories i think i'll ever own. my dear, i do miss him so. still i find it odd that it doesn't break my heart not to hear his voice or see his ageing face. i guess now i understand why they say you gotta "face the music" ; when the curtain's down it's really rather easy to hide from the audience.
