hi, i'm kate :]
& life is a tricky little bugger.

i am about to finish my 10 months of studying abroad in the netherlands. words cannot even describe how good an experience it has been. basically for 10 months i have met hundreds of different people from all over the world, got extremely drunk, had many drunken bike accidents, done absolutely no studying, opened my mind, changed, travelled, learned to like beer, grown up, experienced foreign languages, food, games & cultures, made some of the best friends i could ever ask for & loved every single second of it.

my heart is completely torn right now. i want to stay here forever but i want to go back to scotland to see my chums, my family, my dog, to drive again, to go to greggs, to have irn bru, to have Â£1 vodkas, to hear live music, to go to rev & be back in reality.

in all honesty, i have no idea what i am going to do when i leave here.

My Interests

i sometimes wonder why i'm a bit special really, but when i come home & see my dad doing sing-a-long to bulgaria's eurovision song contest entry, it all becomes clear!
