Love listening to music. Love singing along. Been wanting to get into it seriously but have serious stage fright even if it is just to sing for one person in a room. Love Movies and Books, they take you away into another world, (well at least the great movies and books do that.) I've recently entered the world of blogging so I've been doing that lately. Other than that, I've been busy with work. I have dogs and they're my little babies. They're adorable.Been cooking up a storm lately though. So far everything has come out good. I'm overdue for a disaster though. lol.
Mariah Carey, Anna Nalick, Kelly Clarkson, Katy Rose, Sting, Sarah McLachlan, countless others, but those are in my music playlist at the moment.
Last movie I saw was "War of the Worlds" and I must say that it is probably one of the VERY few movies that had me on the edge of my seat. Probably because the potential of something like that happening is so great. Whether it is with aliens or different groups of human beings. It was horrifying yet griping. Excellent movie. Another excellent movie was "Batman Begins". So many questions have been answered and apparently it was more true to the comics than any of the other movies have been. So kudos to the makers of this film. Looking forward to watching "Bewitched" because Nicole Kidman is adorable and the trailer was a lot of laughs.
Favourite Tv shows will have to be Gilmore Girls (can't wait to see how Amy Sherman Palladino resolves this particular rift between Lorelai and Rory.) Though I think the change in Rory was too great too quickly. But then again in order to have a drama/comedic show, there must be some kind of conflict. Second in line would be "Charmed" though I seriously hope they don't have those three girls in the finale for too long in the 8th season as soon as the confirm it.
Right now I'm reading "The Last Starfighter" by Alan Dean Foster about this boy who was so adept to playing this video game that aliens from another planet sort him out to help them defend their world. An adventure story and will touch anyone who ever wanted to escape their existence for even a moment. Have to re-read Harry Potter Book 5 to be fresh and ready for Book 6 on the 16th July 2005. Next in line would be Dean Koontz - Fear Nothing another excellent book that I haven't read in a long time. I recommend it to anyone who loves conspiracy theories.
