About Me

Maxx Crawford, native Texan, was raised nearly his entire life in rural Arkansas. He created Hensel in the Spring of 2005. He moved to Fort Smith in 2006 to pursue a higher education. Now, two years later, he has made tracks all over Arkansas and Oklahoma. Doing over 40 shows during 2007, Maxx took the winter off to write and record DANCE+ACOUSTIC EP, released in January of 2008. With the same beautiful melodies and catchy lyrical hooks, Hensel is recreating himself, without forgetting his roots. While raising attention in the local music scene(s) through out Arkansas, Hensel is preparing to take it to the next level. Visit henselrock.com for more information about Hensel.
