My name's Frank. I grew up in Bloomfield, NJ and currently live in Beachwood, NJ. There was a period of a few years in between that I lived in Bayville, but I won't get into that story. Exciting, eh? I love animals. I have a cat. He's a Maine Coon and he's amongst the metal realm of my awesome friends. I have a slight obsession with wolves, but I honestly feel all animals in general are superior to most humans [as lame as that may make me sound]. Some other things I enjoy and take interest in include the following: Food (tacos!), coffee, movies and music.
I listen to just about everything, but mainly death metal [melodic and brutal], black metal, melodic doom/funeral doom, industrial, darkwave/ambient, thrash, grindcore, some hardcore and some punk. Without being lame and name-dropping excessively, I'll just say that I'm pretty ridiculously open-minded when it comes to music. For the best possible idea, I'll name some of the artists on one of my mix CDs that I burned for driving purposes; 1349, Modest Mouse, 25 Ta Life, Skinless, Devourment, Hollenthon, Creed, Dr Dre., E Town Concrete, VNV Nation, Merauder, Ramones, Agoraphobic Nosebleed, Boys II Men, Circle Of Dead Children, etc etc. These aren't all my favorite bands, of course, but you should get the point. Pathetic, eh? Yeah. Definitely. Anyway...
I'm in three bands. Death Rite is a 2-man black/death metal project in which I do vocals for. Then there's my noise/grindcore project, Consecrated Secretion. I do pretty much everything for that, except one song which my buddy Dan (also in Death Rite) layed down some guitar for. Both of those bands basically suck, and yeah, I like it that way. Then, just recently, I started a third band with my friend Rob; The Guillotine Of Life. While obviously also a joke to some extent, this band is a melodic black metal/doom project. I don't have a whole lot of friends, but I absolutely love the ones that I consider to be the closest. I'm a pretty reasonable person, so I don't put any of my frinds above one another. I suppose at this point, it's only fair to acknowledge my true friends, in no specific order; Dan, Erin and Jake, Stefanie, Veronica, Delaney, Matt, Mike, Paul, Rob, Scott and Keith, Jess...Well, I'm sure I'm missing some people. If I am, sorry. Message me and if I think you deserve to be in this list, I'll add you to it.
