I am here for Friends

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Well, normally this is where you put the wish list for your next date, but I already met, kept, and married her. So now who would I like to meet? Hmmm...Someone who could teach me something really cool? Someone who wants to make me rich? Someone interesting? Pfft! Sounds like I want to meet my next boss (at least the way said boss would pitch the job)-- maybe I should rent this space out.

Music:

From Bach to Rock. I would say I listen to everything, but I have a friend who listens to EVERYTHING (nothing like riding in a car with someone whose mp3 collection includes commercials from 1940's television, beastie boys, the theme from Jaws, and Madonna on shuffle play)

Movies:

Top Gear | Bugatti Veyron | Top Speed Test

James May driving the Veyron up to 253 MPH. Action, adventure....you know---guy movies. Sometimes I can stand a tragedy -- like Casino Royale. What? You mean to tell me you didn't almost cry when they totaled the Aston Martin? What are you: the world's only LIVING heart donor?

Television:

BSG, Smallville, Heroes, a good football game, and hopefully something good will come along soon.

Books:

I found some time for fiction recently, but haven't been blown away by anything. Maybe I'm getting jaded.

Heroes:

anyone that can get me a decent space program

The internet age - Privacy vs Rights

So I just saw this article on CNN about Stacy Snyder, a young woman who is not getting her teaching certificate over a myspace photo.  It is a photo of her in a pirate hat drinking out of a yello...
