Games media's top light entertainer

About Me

Selling Myself Like A Whore: I'm a freelance videogames media writer who specializes in feature work, but also do reviews, previews, interviews and other words that end in views.
Over the past year I've made a name for myself as one of the most outspoken and opinionated writers in the industry. I also work as a satirist and have had a lot of success with such work as my Ten Golden Rules series. I think games coverage needs personality and a sense of humor, some opinion and fun as opposed to a bunch of geeks with cameras pretentiously calling themselves journalists. I consider only a handful people in my industry to be journalists, and I certainly ain't one of them.
I do the odd bit of work for IGN and am looking into doing some print media soon, but my current official position is Reviews Editor at Destructoid.com. My job basically entails saying "Yes, you can review Persona 3" when asked. It's an easy gig.
Career Highlights: Being told by Jack Thompson to molest a child, calling Uwe Boll and getting him to say "Also, Cocks," getting emailed by Albert Wesker from Resident Evil, giving GTA IV the most honest score on Metacritic, being the first person on the Internet to realize Eva in MGS4 looks like David fucking Bowie.
Top Games: Silent Hill 2, Gitaroo Man, Metal Gear Solid, BioShock, Half-Life 2, Warriors Orochi.

My Interests

Videogames, voice acting and comedy. I intend to make my mark in all three.
