Hi
Exciting news! We've been chosen to film the TV pilot for the Unsigned Chart show in London on the 17th of April.
The show is creating quite a buzz within the industry and is being promoted by Manilla PR. There is now a possibility that the show will go out in the USA as well as within the UK.
The show will soon become a regular event - showcasing the best of the UK's unsigned music scene.
Keith Davis has also agreed to sponsor a professional music video giveaway to a UK band. We will strive to make this video award winning and it will be promoted to the music industry in the UK and USA with the full force of the Unsigned Chart show and UKMusicSearch. Details on www.unsignedchart.com
We have also decided to hire a London venue for the day and will invite chosen bands to come along and play a set of three songs in front of a crowd of 400 - 800 people. We will record your live performance using three or four High Definition cameras and five professional microphones. We will then edit the footage and supply you with a DVD master of your performance FREE OF CHARGE! We will also supply you with an internet-ready version which you can load into YouTube, MySpace, UnsignedChart.com etc
We can also help you with streaming your video to play within your own website if you have one.
If you are interested in being invited to take part please send me a message naming the three tracks you would choose to perform.
We are also working on another music video project which should soon be going out on the BBC - an exciting combination of music and painting.
The Atlantic Videos team comprises myself, Roger, Graham and Peta. We are fully insured by Aaduki Multimedia. We are based in Cornwall and London.
All the best,
Simon
HAPPY CUSTOMERS:
Reza Udhin from Killing Joke was kind enough to say this about our service: "Atlantic Videos were a pleasure to work with, they made the cast and extras feel at ease, their idea input was welcomed and constructive, and they carried out the filming with the utmost professionalism. They made our ideas for a video into the perfect realisation. We highly recommend Simon and Atlantic, Thanks Guys!"
Simon Stewart: Simon Mees of Atlantic Videos created an incredible video for my song 'Staggering Sun'. My ideas for the video were not particularly focused, but Simon skilfully teased out exactly what I wanted and created a finished product that far exceeded my expectations. When filming the video, he was completely focused and motivated. He had the practical and creative ability to give perfect form to my rambling ideas, making something utterly fitting for the song.
Dan from MOJO : On behalf of the band MOJO I would like to thank Simon for all his hard work and despite a few technical hitches because our client never had the right electric outdoor generator, Simon still managed with all his expertise to produce a great video for the band.
Nick Tann: What makes working with Si a joy is that he consults with you along the way. Always the right amount so as to make you feel part of the creative process. Always professional yet maintaining a sense of humour whilst never taking his eye off the ball. I can’t wait to work with him again and cannot recommend him highly enough.
Hannah (Madding Crowd): When we first met Simon to chat about a music video for Mary's Lover, we had a few sketchy, fumbling ideas. Simon took these, a recording of the song and a copy of the lyrics, and with his creative mind powers moulded our vague thoughts into a more substantial vision. During the design stages Simon kept in contact with us to make sure we were happy with the direction the video was headed and to catch any further ideas we might throw at him. When we were shooting the video, Simon's technical knowledge and ability made it seem effortless and his friendly approachable manner helped us to quickly feel comfortable in front of the camera. The Mary's Lover video has now evolved into something we are all very proud of and excited by and have great memories of being involved in.
