H.U.L.I.G.E.E.S. (How You Like It Gettin Endz Every Second)“YOU DON’T WANT IT” “SWEATIN’” “CRANK IT UP” “YOUNG SOULS” “SKRESS”The H.U.L.I.G.E.E.S. have been consistently productive since first forming as a group in 2002. HULI, as they are also called, first came together in their hometown of Clearwater aka “Wick City”, Florida. The founding member of the H.U.L.I.G.E.E.S.; Damon aka Ewwl D brought on his brother Breon aka Bre, Dana aka ID, Donte’ aka Bills, Romon aka Lot, Sterling aka Money Moon, and Jonathon aka Big J to be a part of the HULI family. In the same year they came together, they also released their introductory album ”Ewwl D”. This album was on fire in the streets of Wick City as well as surrounding areas. Fans and friends alike developed fast and apparent loyalty and love for this rap family. Unfortunately life brought tests to the H.U.L.I.G.E.E.S. as Bills, Lot, Money Moon, and Big J faced time and were unable to be a part of the current HULI family.Still standing strong, Ewwl D, Bre, and ID continue to produce high quality rap music that has become in demand by their fan base. To their own credit the H.U.L.I.G.E.E.S. have released six underground albums as well as mix-tapes. Their music has also appeared on several well-known DJ’s mix-tapes throughout the Tampa Bay area and beyond. They have received spins on local radio stations such as WiLD 98.7FM, 95.7FM The Beat, and 88.5FM WMNF’s Saturday Night Shut Down. Also they were selected as 95.7FM The Beat’s listeners as winners of the Funk Master Flex Contest. Some of their singles including “You Don’t Want It” have received continuous spins throughout the hottest nightspots.During this time HULI has invaded the club scene. They have hosted countless nights of entertainment and included open mic opportunities for local artists on several occasions. Their following has packed the clubs beyond capacity on a twice a week basis at some of their regular spots. There are very few spots in Tampa Bay where the H.U.L.I.G.E.E.S. haven’t blessed the stage with a performance. Their live show is complete energy and full of hype, which brings the crowd to the stage every time.This group never stops and has created events throughout the area on an even larger scale as well. They’ve packed the parks by organizing outdoor community events, which included live performances from various popular artists, food & clothing vendors, car shows, fashion shows, and security while giving back to the community.They have performed on the same bill with major recording artists such as TI, Trick Daddy, Lil Wayne, The Ying-Yang Twins, Petey Pablo, and more. They have also brought out and supplied their hometown fans with stars at the events they have hosted.The H.U.L.I.G.E.E.S. keep their music true to their own lives as they express what they are all about and where they come from, the streets. Their intention is not to glamorize the hood but to truly represent where they really come from. This, along with their non-stop promotional plan has dominantly contributed to their current success.The HULI bus doesn’t stop here. Their growth is track-able and they’re current market is expanding nationwide as their visibility is being increased throughout the country. The ultimate goal for HULI is to keep making hit records, to keep expanding their market, and to take their career to the top.
