My heroes are those who come into my life..even if just for a spell..and place a mark in my life that is not only positive..but one remembered forever.Friends are hard to come by and sometimes we take that relationship for granted..thinking it is either owed to us or it will sustain life forever. It will not..if you do not nurture it, be true to it and put your heart into it. So, whether that person is in my life for a day, a week, a month, a year or for many...it is the positive things that THEY do that keeps them remembered and held dearest to my heart. Don't fret when you lose them..call it a blessing to have had that person in your life..no matter how long. People come and go..but what makes a friend a hero is the impact they had on your life and the fact they spent that time with you. That one valuable thing that can not be duplicated or even replaced..more valuable than money or any material item you could ever provide...TIME. Let your friends know how you feel about them..because you can't get yesterday back and tomorrow is not promised..do it today. Let your heroes know..now..this moment how you feel because sometimes..there are no second chances. I learned the hard way.
