I'm a single mom with the two most AMAZING kids on the planet - they are fabulous creatures and there are some days I can't believe I had any part of bringing them into existence (and more days that I pray I don't screw them up!) My latest, greatest fav is Placebo...for the first time ever, I found a band whose every song I love - and see the Pure Morning video on my page - I would GLADLY be his friend!!! I do love the Gorillaz, too, can't say I don't love their website. Peter Gabriel - he's the end all, be all for me - might be hokey, but it's true. Jane's Addiction, the Cure, Depeche Mode, Nina Simone; Billie Holiday; Papa Wemba; Nusrat Fateh; Cat Stevens; Bob Marley...ok, there are just too many - but my most favorite piece of music is Beethoven's 9th.

Movies:

Diehard - the best action movie ever made (yes, I said that and I meant it). See music above and that's one reason I love it. Also, Alien, gotta love Ripley - she looks hot in those Hanes. O'Brother makes the list, definitely, cause I'm always in a tight spot. Fifth Element - Multipass!!! Twister - don't ask why, I don't know. And I HAD to add Empire Records to this list! Ok, fine, I just love movies - it's the instant gratification - books take too long when it comes to fiction.Taste in Men
