Im probably not doing a lot of films justice by listing favorites, but just for fun. Fight Club, Gladiator, Gangs of New York, Spiderman, X-men 1and2, Definitely not X-Men 3, Batman Begins, --- see a trend? "The 13th Warrior", "Brotherhood of the Wolf","Interview with the Vampire" "Aviator", "The Matrix", The Mummy, "Lord of the Rings Trilogy and everything else that resembles it" Here is a list of movies you may disagree with, but I like them for completely different reasons, although they may not be great movies in every way, they struck me in other ways, "Oh brother where are thou" Congo, Troy, Star Wars (icon),
Television:
Lost, Heroes, Firefly, DEADWOOD, Carnivale.Yeah some of these are canceled, and in doing so a part of me dies inside. /cryR.I.P. Firefly- Some of the best portrayals of leadership you will ever see on a TV series. R.I.P. Carnivale- Takes a rough time like the depression, and turns it completely inside out and makes it creepy, but over time incredibly immersible.R.I.P. Deadwood? Im starting to see the actors all over the place, this show has some of the best writing of our time. You watch the show and you really have to follow what people say, its like a western Shakespeare, full of slang lengo that makes you think. Incredibly powerful character development, and one of the only shows that uses lot of swearing words but still sounds very articulate.
