I love teaching, learning, listening, and talking. I love poetry and Coffee houses. I will almost kill for a good piece of fudge. I love sun sets and sun rises though i dont see many here in Nahsville(too many damn hills.) Movies and videogames take up some of my time along with paintball and working out. I have 2 new dawgies so i enjoy training them nad taking em to the dogpark when i have the time.
Anybody and everybody....I feel that you can learn somethign from anyone. New adn different people are really what make life interesting. If your always looking for the same type of people, you will never give yourself a real chance to change. If your a punk...go hang with a prep. If your an EMO well, jsut go jump off a bridge. J/k.....People are people....but hey are all different....So live a little and take a chance with someone that you normally wouldn't. = )
I dig all kinds of music. From heavy metal to classical. In the past year or so I've even strted to let some country pass thru my ears(mostly cause my family is full of musicians in that genre). Right now in my cd player you will prob find anything from Evanesence and 3 Doors Down to Metallica and Steve Earle. From CCR and Pink Floyd to Paul Oakenfold and Ak 1200. I love trance and drum and bass still even though it doesn't play the role in my life it used to. Basically, if you give me a cd...its most likely it will turn its fair share of times in my stereo...
List my favorite movies huh? Ok, this will be kinda all over the place so forgive me = P. Monty Python anything....(love em), Hoosers, Aliens 1-2-3-4, Lord of the Rings trilogy, Some kind of wonderful, Field of Dreams, Run Lola Run, The Last Unicorn, and Almost all Disney and Pixar movies. Wizards, A Christmas Story, Breakfast Club, Planes Trains and Automobiles, Red Dawn, Stand by Me, Indiana Jones (all of em), Saw, The Ring, and Radio Flyer. This list could go on and on but I'm gonna end it with a recommendation instead. If you have not seen the film "Human Traffic" then you are truely missing out on life...at least a small part of it.
I don't really watch much T.V. I jsut don't have much patience for it. Though if I'm going to sit down and watch something it will either be the history channel, discovery channel, or something on Si-Fi. As far as prime time stuff I like the Gilmore Girls, Smallville, and Family Guy.Other than that its movies or my PC
I would still have to say that my heart lies with the fantasy genre when it comes to reading books. From J.R.R Tolkien to Tracey Hickman I'm a sucker for it. Recent books I have read have been "The Sword of Shannara" and "The Death Gate Cycle." I also enjoyed Timeline quite a bit. (its much better than the movie). If anyone can suggest another winner to me I would be more than open minded to check it out...
