Influences: Well my influence toward music came from a friend. During high school he was the dj and i played the desks, he ripped the crowd while i did back up. Samoke is his name When i was away in college iwrote a song with the help of a good friend Named Mystery he was the first to help and motivate, when certain persons i was around claimed i couldnt hack it. Its better you try producing they said, ha.. they must have felt threatened. I started to listening to Spragga Benz and really liked the way he flowed on the rythm and how he presented himself i thought i would want to be in his company when i get out there. After this i was exposed to lady saw at a stage show kept at a place in portland called Crystal Springs and was amazed by her performance. to see a woman delivering her set with so much energy i loved the performance raw and entertaining. then i was introduced to Sizzla and thought that if i could bring my music to that level i'd be the next big prodigy out of jamaica in music. Sizzla was in a class by himself he manipulated the situation around him and claimed his terms real type. and we cant forget Buju banton and the great Shabba Ranks they set the bar. And Last but not close to the least Mr. Robert Nesta Marley, i thought that if i could do what he did, to reach so many people through your music, to be able to deliver so much emotion and feeling into the music was indeed amazin.
