My children and family, singing, fellowshiping with my family in Christ...and above all, reading the word of God, and praising His name!
I would like to meet EVERYONE! Amen... we are all Children of God, and I want to know and love each and every one of them.....
Minister RMB, Lecrae, Agerman, G Rush, Joss Stone, Nora Jones, Mary J., Alicia Keys, anything from the late 60's, early 70's..... True Praise and Worship, and anything that makes me want to get up and dance... oh come on! I listen nto everything, all way down to classical! Thank you Jesus for diversity
I prefer comedy when it comes to movies, but The Notebook is my all time favorite movie. Though in all honesty I have a thing for gore... Stephen King and what not. So to sum it up, I think I like most movies!!!
It's funny, I have Cable... and a huge TV, but I don't watch TV much at all. I watch Joyce Meyer in the morning, and the weather channel so I know what to expect, but thats it. And during the week, the kids and I rarely even turn on the television
I read as much as I possibly can. I try to read the bible every single day and meditate on it. As far as other books go, I have been reading a lot of Christian based books such as the Prayer of Jabez and Secrets of the Vine. I just finished reading "Devil Walk"....And man was is good!! It's a true story of a man who actually came face to face with satan and lived for a year actually believing that he was dead and in hell.... You have got to read this!! He's on my friends list, check it out. I just started Showdown by Ted Dekker and it is pretty darn good so far. If you guys come across some good books, please let me know, I love to read! =D As far as fiction goes, I do read a lot of Laurell K. Hamilton, Dean Koontz, and Stephen King (told you I like gore) - With me not being a big t.v. person, I read more than most people I know. Go figure.
I stay away from idolatry, however, as far as heros go (or at least someone I look up to), that would be my mother. She is the strongest woman I have even known, and I am as strong as I am today, with the work ethic that I posses because of her, and the way she raised me. Not to mention, my super sense of independence.
