About Me



Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. Everyday is a constant surrender of my life to Him. One day at a time.
I'm not a huge fan of PINK.... but who likes my new profile background!??! = ) its a pretty sunset.
I GRADUATED with a degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations. So, when I see improper use of the english language (most often in unchecked grammatical or proof reading errors), I have a huge urge to fix it/get really annoyed. Ironically, when I "im" people, I have a tendency to make major typos. = )
Previously, I wrote: "I'm also CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A PR JOB...."I can now say: I HAVE A REAL JOB!! at Huntington Central Park Equestrian Center! I HEART IT! www.hcpec.com
Also, I just ended my 6th year coaching at WCHS! check out www.wchscheerleading.net We are amazing, and I hope they continue on in their amazing-ness. I've had the privelege to work with so many different teams, different girls and guys. I've had the privelege to be used by the Lord to teach, learn and spend time with such amazing high schoolers (and of course, push them in becoming the best cheerleaders they could be). I heart them all!!! I truly loved my time there... and now know that its time to move on... In all of WC history, we've won more national/state/regional titles in the last 6 years, than all the other years combined! I also feel we have made the most spiritual breakthroughs than other years, and as a team have learned a lot about God, our relationship with Him, life and friendships (all things that will stay even well after our bodies won't be able to cheerlead).
Other things about me: I'm hard working and dedicated to whatever I set my head and my heart to. I barely ever put anything as less of a priority once I commit. Even if that means giving 100% to 5 different things at the same time. Trust me. It's possible.

My Interests


Interests...or more like my addictions: purses, clothes, eBay!, horses, office products, shiny objects, ebay, steve madden, ebay, kathy van zeeland purses, clothes, pretty and shiny rings, my puppy Roxi, myspace, checking my e-mail and day dreaming.

I love to read. I love to dance & do choreography. I love to cheerlead & coach. I love horses & horseback riding (I mostly ride english, but have shown in both english and western classes). I even LOOVVEEE to clean stalls! I love to tear up the mountain on my Herr Vaughnster Zebra...I love jumps, boxes and racing, and am terrified of rails. I do choreography for cheer & dance teams all over the U.S. I love to play around and partner stunt when I can. I'm a dancer at heart, but cheerleading has consumed me more than dance for the past few years. I'm SCUBA certified so you can find me mostly in the depths of the Pacific...last summer, I had the opportunity to dive the Great Barrier Reef!
In my search for a "real" job, I know my heart will only fully love working at a company with Godly goals. I hope to serve, lead and inspire.

Diving the GREAT BARRIER REEF in Australia! amazing! crystal clear waters... tons of fish (like from the scene from Finding Nemo, where he's going off to school for the first time), swam with a sea turtle, touched a sting ray,saw tons of fish and took a picture somewhat close to a shark!!!

A few good books I've been reading, but have yet to finish..."Never Again," by former U.S. Attorney General, John Ashcroft, "The Case For Christ," by Lee Strobel
Books I've finished and recommend... "For Women Only," by Shaunti Feldhahn, also, "For Men Only," by her husband
"Blue Like Jazz," by Donald Miller,
"Captivating," by John and Stasi Eldredge...I fully recommend their book, and so, I would probably recommend "Wild At Heart," the book for the guys... I haven't read it, but Captivating is AMAZING... soo...
