About Me
But if in your fear you would seek only love's peace and love's pleasure,
Then it is better for you that you cover your nakedness and pass out of love's threshing-floor,
Into the seasonless world where you shall laugh, but not all of your laughter, and weep, but not all of your tears. ~Gibran Khalil Gibran
of course it is all relative. i suppose it depends on your individual sense of peace and pleasure and of course let's not forget your ability, sense, threshold, experience, knowledge, feeling, and all sorts of THINGS that words can't define which associate, attach and involve you in the experience of lOvE.
.
i can officially change my own oil, oil filter and air filter!
sometimes i dance around the room like a freak and seriously consider if i could have made it as professional dancer
i have a cat named bailey who i can reach telepathically.
i wonder if my grandpa has stolen a part of my soul to come back and finish some projects he had been working on.
i used to climb up in trees and pretend i couldn't get down to freak out the babysitter.
i will injure my neck before turning my head from a beautiful starry night.
i enjoy running around the grass in a complete downpour where the cold drops steal my breath and i have to fight to breathe
i love waking up to snow but especially at the beach
i could walk forever on the beach with nothing but my thoughts
i love farm-stands.
i love rescuing human artifacts.
the things that i love the most are the things that scare me the most.
the first time i was in a plane, i jumped out of it.
i love 'singing' karaoke.
i can drive, well
i squashed my singing career when i recorded myself singing I'll Be Missing You by Puff Daddy in middle school
i love unconditionally, and until recently, to a fault.

My thoughts turn to something I read once, something the Zen Buddhists believe. They say that an oak tree is brought into creation by two forces at the same time. Obviously, there is the acorn from which it all begins, the seed which holds all the promise and potential, which growns into the tree. Everybody can see that. But only a few can recognize that there is another force operating here as well - the future tree itself, which wants so badly to exist that it pulls the acorn into being, drawing the seedling forth with longing out of the void, guiding the evolution from nothingness to maturity. In this respect, say the Zens, it is the oak tree that creates the very acorn from which it was born. EAT,LOVE,PRAY - Elizabeth Gilbert
i am completely all over the place, yet living in the moment and for the moment. i strive to keep my head up, my eyes open - my feet planted on the ground and of of the ground, and my head balanced and pulled toward heaven. you may ask, what the hell does that mean? well what does it mean to you?
i can only do the best i can so that is what try to do. to see my faults as they lay, and to work on them, knowing i am only human and yet knowing i am connected to the world beyond this one.
I'm not sure what I'll be doing tomorrow but hopefully I'll find the humor in it. life is full of suffering, but we can help that and i believe we will. i realized a while ago when questioning all of these uncertainties in life, that we are equipped with the answers, and we must seek them out. proactive isn't only a zit cream, it's freakin way of life. hop on cause it's a wild ride and it's worth living.
I am looking to redefine my life not by what I've done nor what I'm capable of doing but what I do. I ponder the meaning of my dreams and know that life's challenges are stuck on repeat until you learn the lesson at hand.
Ultimately I want to feel the connectedness and I want to believe that we are all fighting to live for a reason.
