German stuntman of the Cirocom group jumped out of a plane from about 14000 feet – without a parachute!
More than without a parachute is not possible! Flying like a bird in the foot steps of Ikarus. Decades ago less than a handful of stuntmen had realized this stunt. And now it was time to close the generation gap. An Austrian Tandem master left an airplane holding Andreas Dachtler’s parachute in the hand. An instant later Andreas jumped. He was flying without any support – just felt like a bird. “This is the ultimate in human flightâ€, was the comment of Andreas Dachtler. He flew about 5000 feet in a few seconds – just flying on his own. After leaving the airplane, there was no way to return. This story shows what is possible if you believe in your visions.
