Not too much to say about me. I have 4 beautiful kids, Charley my eldest girl 12, Aaron 11, Aiden 9 and Leanne 8. A proper handfull but wouldnt have it any other way. Charley was Kettering Carnival junior queen 2006. Proud as fu*k. Aaron and Aiden keep me busy and i love it, keeps me feeling young. and my youngest Leanne is a complete little sweetie. I have been married to my lovely wife for nearly 12 years now. (childhood sweethearts).and of course i am a life long WEST HAM UNITED fan. If you want to know any more about me just ask.

Body buiding

I have now been body building for 8 weeks and am realy starting to notice the difference in my shape now. If you would have told me 8 weeks ago that getting sum cheap weights and clearing my barn out ...
