Hi there.
I’m Annie I’m 48 years young and I like to think I’m no where near the hill let alone over it.
I’m married to Terry and have been for 27 years. I have applied for parole but it’s yet to be granted.
Together we have produced a lovely family two fantastic son’s Richard and Robert, both of whom we are extremely proud, one absolutely delightful daughter Rebecca and one beautiful granddaughter Rachel who was born in March 2006 and is the daughter of Richard and his fiancée Jenny.
oooh the work bit... well I’m now retired after 20+ years as a nurse, a job I started as soon as I left school and a job I loved every minute of ...over the years I held a variety of posts and was so lucky to be happy in each one. I miss nursing like crazy even though it’s now 7 years since I had to retire. Still we can’t always have what we want can we. And I have loads of good and some very funny memories to think back on. Hmm maybe I should write a book lol
I’ve always lived in Warwickshire but my dream is to one day live close to Dartmoor. So long as I still have 24 hour shopping and internet access.
Apart from my family and friends, my interests include,
Basketball, but I will quickly add that that’s watching not playing, "Come on Crusaders",
Music, (If it has a tune I can sing along to it. It’s my, kind of music),
Reading, (Historical Novels, are my favourite especially, those set in areas I’ve visited),
My Computer, I would be lost without it. I love to chat on the computer and I will admit most of my friends are hidden behind a 17inch screen, although I have actually seen some of them breathing as well.
I love visiting Dartmoor, even though my one great sadness about the area is that I never discovered it when I was fitter and able to walk more.
Also I am fascinated by the history of Titanic and have been since I was a little girl. And that’s not because jumping over the side was my first swimming lesson I’m not that old. I have a great number of books and pictures about Titanic but one of my prized possessions; being a bit of coal brought, up off the wreck in 1994
Hopefully you will take time to notice I do try to have a great sense of humour although sometimes not much sense at all. But we all have our off days don’t we. What energy I have is invested in trying to make other people smile and happy. Sometimes it works and some times it doesn’t, but I won’t give up trying.
I value honesty & loyalty in my friends; I guess that's because it's what I give to them in abundance.
I loved my job miss it terribly but hey that’s life. So be prepared to be mothered lol.
I can’t spell but who cares!!!! If I could spell I wouldn’t be me.
