In a nutshell my life is consumed by MUSIC.....it's what I eat, breathe, shit, and talk about most of the day, I'm a music geek!(Well really I'm a total geek) I'm a fan and listener of all genres of music...except probably Blue Grass...sorry just can't get into it! LoL
I'm really an unusual dude, well I wouldn't really say unusual...just different...I like a lot of things that society would generally deam contradictory...for example I'm a HUGE Hip-Hop head but I love alternative and classic rock, I build computers for fun, I love history, philosophy and physics, I read alot, my favorite contemporary artist are Tupac Shakur, Andre 3000, and Kanye West, my favorite classic artist are Stevie Wonder, Miles Davis, and anything from MoTown, I'm a fashion whore, I find space exploration, ancient civilizations, and world religion intriguing, I read 2-3 newspapers every morning (including the internet), listen to talk radio 75% of my time in my car, and watch the news every night...Okay, okay I also read gossip blogs in my spare time too(but those are for work purposes ONLY!!)...LMAO!!! Oh yeah...I have a facination with aliens, and monkeys...lol...Don't get me wrong though, I'm not that much of a bore, I like to go out and have a good time, my favorite drinks are Patron and Remy Martin, I enjoy going out to social events like concerts, bars/lounges, a nice restaurant or the museum but at the same time I can also stay at home and chill and watch a good movie. I'm probably one of the coolest, nicest people you'll ever meet, I get along with everyone and I have a wonderful but sometimes strange sense of humor. I don't have many enemies in this world (that I know of), ask anyone that knows me and they'll have good things to say about me. I try to stay humble amongst all the Hollyweird shit I'm around all the time. I come from meager beginnings and will never forget where I came from no matter how successful I become. I been told that I think too much, I'm very approachable so if you see me don't be shy!
As far as my career...I'm a Marketing Major, and have been in the Marketing/Promotion side of the music industry since 16. I've interned at numerous places like Geffen/Interscope, and have worked my way up the ladder. Currently I work at FOXX KING ENTERTAINMENT in the MUSIC Division of the company that's owned by Jamie Foxx. I work under the leadership of my mentor LaRonda Sutton. I'm a Creative A&R for Music Publishing @ Foxx King and I'm doing EXACTLY what I want to do as my career...life is great!
If your a writer/producer...Holla at me!! But only if your serious about your craft, and you gotta be DOPE!! If you sound like EVERYTHING else I don't want to be bothered.....No disrespect, I just have no interest in replicating someone else's sound, I want to add to music, not suck the life out of it... ..
