I really enjoy helping others and staying active. I also love practicing martial arts. I am a 3rd degree black belt in Shotokan. It has been a part of my life since birth (2yrs old) and not a day goes by where I dont enjoy it. I greatly enjoy Traveling and am sometimes known as the "travel channel".
