Anything worth reading, but who writes a book thinking 'Hey, I'm gonna write a shitty book that I hope no one reads, and hopefully depresses the one person who does enough when thinking about the time they wasted that they'll take a 30 mph curve at 95, no brake included.' Its all relative. East of Eden by Steinbeck currently holds #2 in my heart, next to Songs My Mother Taught Me by Marlon Brando. Sam Shepard is a sweet playwright too. My friend Dave introduced me to an awesome poet named Ezra Pound, who's badass...too bad Dave's too cool for myspace...oh Davie. "But I'd have to say my favorite book is Johnny Cash's autobiography Cash by Johnny Cash." ;)
