Masoud .A Safah is a native of Afghanistan and has traveled through India where he gained interest in the Indian Classical music influenced by the voice of the Great Indian singer of all times Kishore Kumar. Among Kishore, Masoud was influenced by many other singers incuding the Great Ahmad Zahir, Ahmad Wali, Zohair Waida, Najim, Naim Popal and alike who are from his hometown of Kabul Afghanistan. Masoud continued his voyage at a young age with his family through Russia, Turkey, Germany and finally settled down in Laguna Hills, California in 1996. He continues to pursue his singing career and has been very successful working with the Afghan, Indian and Iranian communities. Besides his great singing career, Masoud is a common figure on the Afghanistan Television Networks such as Payam-E-Afghan, Ariana Television and Omaid Iran. He currently has his own show on Payam Afghan and performs live for his Afghan Fans Wednesday Evenings at 7 pm. Masoud Safah’s voice is powerful and attractive to all Afghan and Indian singers alike. He is one of our singers that we are most proud of and his outstanding voice and talent is yet to be DISCOVERED. He is awaiting his big break with an Indian based Record Company which is in the works for the near future.
