Heavy Metal/Alternative Rock is my fave. Now I still get all of that but with a more positive energy by listening to Alternative Christian Rock.

From the homeless person that shares his last bit of food with his neighbor, to the single mom that works two jobs to feed her kids, to the "Rosa Parks" in the world who stand up (or sit down) for what they believe.
