About Me

Once upon a time, local shows were a force to be reckoned with. Bands helped each other out, venues and promoters in turn helped all of them out and fans were coming to The Daisy in full force 3-4 times a week. Now...not so much. More bands need to promote themselves, and know what to expect when they play The Daisy and hopefully I can help with that. I will be blogging most of this information and advice, so please read and comment on them if you're interested. Also feel free to message me with any questions you may have.On a personal note, I am a normal human being with normal things going on in life. I don't get paid to run this page, I do it out of my love for local music. If anyone has any issues with the way I'm doing things, please say something to me about it and I'll try to accomodate you, but understand that I don't have any control over bands getting paid...or booking local bands as openers for national acts.
