BODY BREAK!

Started in the summer of 2005, the five-piece metal/hardcore outfit known as Body Break has come to gain recognition throughout the Southern Ontario hardcore scene. The band recorded its first EP at Mastermind Studios in early 2006, to growing acclaim. The band regrouped after a brief hiatus in the summer, and continued to play the Southern Ontario area. Growing internal problems have led the band to adopt a more passive, hobbyist attitude, and while there are still tentative plans of touring and recording/releasing a full-length album, Body Break's intensive touring days are at a close, for the time being at least. Vocalist Logan Davidson, guitarists Pat Nadel and Andrew Pierce, drummer Paul Ciancone and bassist Scott Carruthers continue to actively participate in the music scene, and fans should expect new material and new projects from the members within the next few months, and perhaps even new material from the band itself. Body Break will continue to perform as often as the bandmember's schedules permit, and as long as the music is appreciated within their local hardcore scene.
