I spent nearly my entire 20's and early 30's immersing myself in the local and national rock and roll scene. You just couldn't keep me away from all those long haired leather clad boys strumming on guitars, pounding on drums or strutting about onstage singing into a microphone! I was a scene chick. All my friends were in the scene,and that scene could NEVER be replicated. We were always at The Channel, Axis on Wednesdays, The Rat and Bunrattys. When there were great shows, we flew to Hollywood and hung out on Sunset, collecting flyers from all the pretty boys in front of Gazzaris and The Whisky,then went for a 3am breakfast at Rock and Roll Dennys. We drove around like lunatics trying to find the Cathouse. We traipsed into New York at LEAST once a month to become regulars at such places like : L'Amours, RAW, The Cat Club where my lipstick print must be still on the wall.( HI ANDY LOL ),and my particular haunt, The Scrap Bar. Some things never change, thankfully my husband enjoys the music too,and suprised the heck out of me with all of HIS pictures with the rockstars. I tell you, breaking out our photo albums is one heck of a dinner conversation!!!

* I've traveled to 23 countries thus far, my favourites being England and France.
* I am a genealogy GEEK! I trace my ancestry back to my 38th Great Grandpa, Charlemagne, Ruler of the Holy Roman Empire! I am a direct descendent of the French Royal Family (Capetian Dynasty),and Marie Antoinette is my 5th Great Aunt! They married into other royal families as well, so i have alot of blue blood in my veins LOL ::adjusts tiara :: ! I also descend from hard working farmers in Ireland, Shipbuilders and Statesman from Prince Edward Island,and are just as proud :)
* I was educated by The Franciscans and the Sisters of Notre Dame.
* I attended finishing school in Boston,and furthered my studies in Oahu, Hawaii.
* I LOATHE cigarettes.
* I prefer to spell certain words the British way.
* I appeared on stage ,dancing; at the Old Vic in London during the finale of the West End production of "Hair" in 1992.
I'm like a sponge and want to learn all kinds of new things, soak it all up!!! especially crafty type pursuits,and matters of historical significance.
* I enjoyed my "15 minutes of fame" as the character " Bettina" on the New England Cable News Networks show " Sportsworld with Mike Adams" for 2 seasons * now Mike can be heard on WEEI Sports Radio every afternoon. I made one guest appearance on the show 2 years ago.
