Indeed! I've awoken to find that I am still dreaming...

About Me

I'm a fun loving guy. I get frustrated easily and like to alternate between activities. I was born and bronzed in Los Angeles in 1975 to a middle-class suburban family. I grew up with surf and skate boards for training wheels. I moved to San Diego when I was 14 where I learned Chinese Kung Fu and psychedelic enlightenment. I lived there till my family was struck with a crushing blow. My father died when I was 22, the family business was lost and with no prospects, I moved to Tennessee. That pastoral farmland tamed my mad wanderings of fancy. No longer the passionate hell praising adolescence I started to cultivate Tao through selfless service. Ha! I was redeemed when a close friend asked me to help him move to Boston. There I saw the mind of God. She granted me the philosophers' stone and China a lifelong dream was realized. I've been here since teaching English and going bananas. I've recently sobered up and haven't had a drink in months. It's living hell!!!
At this point there is a quote from "Prometheus Rising" that answered a lot of questions for me as an individual as to why I have so many various interests, maybe you'll find light in it too.
"A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, design a building, conn a ship, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve an equation, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects." -by Robert A. Heinlein

My Interests

The list is long, but here is the abridged version. Internal Chinese kung fu, (eg. Hsing-I, Pa Kua, and Chen Tai Chi Chuan.) Traditional Chinese Medicine, (eg. Accupuncture, moxibustion, and cupping.) Germanic Pagan festivals. The full moon shining along my neccessary path. Orientation, Archery, Dice, Gambling, Ladies, Pubs, Divination (eg. I-Ching, Tarot.), Theatre, Poetry, Accoustic Guitar, Bamboo flute, Interior Decor "Internal Fengshui, Masonry, Philosophy, Ritual Magic, Management, Psychology, Hypnosis, etc.

Music:

I enjoy sundry musical styles. Anything at a reasonable level of volume from Jazz, Blues, to Hip Hop, Rock & Roll, so on. In recent years I've developed an afinity for Big Band music and Irish pub songs. It is my belief that all genres have something to offer, and I don't think I've ever turned down a dance or tune with some life in it. With that said, I am open to all sorts of music. I think Music in general should serve life, as all things should, we should not be servants of anything.
