Hi my name is Gator and I was a Doberman.
I had a very nice family, and a great "Dad".
I was very loved by him. Even though he called me his "big boy". Which I was a girl.
My "Momma" was very kind to me.
She always petted me and took care of me when everyone else was gone. She was the kind soul that was brave enough to walk me across Rainbow Bridge
I had a younger human, and her name is Claire.
She is usually grouchy, but I loved her because she feeds me.
Another human is Sara. She is the middle child.
She usually sneaks out, and yells at me when she is losing at a video game, but she always gave me tons of loving.
And my last human,(she is the newest), her name is Sarah.
She tried to get me hyper whenever she is bored...
but that is a good thing!
I also had another Doberman in the house...
her name is June Bug and boy is she ugly.......
but this my page. You will have to look her up on her own MySpace page
My friend Jay named me the eternal puppy, I wondered why?
I used love to play and run around with my owners. I cant stand being away from them.
I loved them all so much.
Without them, I don't know what I will do.
Originally I was a rescue dog. My humans adopted me from Houston Area Doberman Rescue, they have web page at HADR.org. I saved me from the doggie jail, after being caught running loose on the streets without a license. Thanks to Houston Area Doberman Rescue, I spent many wonderful days with my humans!
Last year I saw the doctor and he said I was going to die in a couple of weeks because of something he called cancer on my neck. I guess that is what the big lump on my neck was. Well, I fooled him and that old cancer lump, cause I lived almost a whole year (that's human years) after that!
Well the lump finally got me. I couldn't climb the stairs and get in and out of the bed. I was having a hard time just getting around. I suppose my humans knew I was OK with them letting me run across the bridge. Heck, over here there are piles of peanut butter bones, my favorite veggie sweet peas are everywhere! WOO HOO! This is great.....one day I will see all of my humans again. I can't wait for them to see me here!
So, don't be sad for me, I am doing doggone fine right here where I am. Ya'll take care of that old ugly June Bug and move on. I'm fine Mamma.....thank you XOXO.....GATOR!
