I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I am a certified kettlebell/fitness trainer. I devise simple, sinister and effective strength and conditioning programs for people of all ages and fitness levels. My desire is to show people what working out truly is, as opposed to what they have been calling their workouts their whole life. I am also an avid environmentalist and I climb the big mountains here in Colorado when time permits. The complete recharge I receive when mountaineering is of the substance I cannot find in "civilized" society. I plan to climb mountains until the end of my days. While in and away from the mountains I constantly try do my part to preserve and sustain what beauty and resources are left in this world. The generations ahead have the right to enjoy them just as much as we do.
