I made this profile to network, not really to make more friends, but feel free to message me and strike up a conversation.
Anyone involved in the music industry. I am proud to be networking crazy. Specifically, though, I am looking to meet bands that want to record their music or have it mixed or mastered. I have professional quality near field monitors for accurate mixing. I charge $100 a song for my mixing services. The price is negotiable and am willing to take points on an album as payment. I also do mastering for $25 a song. Recording is $100 for a song plus studio fees and travel costs (provided there is any of that) and of professional quality (better than most demos I hear on myspace). I also do live gigs and can record them. Message me here or on aim (zmetallica) for more details and samples of my work.
I got an open mind for advice and honesty. I'd rather hear what you really have to say than not hearing it at all and I hope to meet people with that same view.
My Last.fm/Audioscrobbler profile gives a breakdown of the bands I listen to.
Also be sure to check my myspace friends for bands not listed here, since most of them are bands I listen to.
Don’t feel like checking out my myspace friends or last.fm profile? Oh well. Mostly I listen to (in no specific order) 90s rock, nearly every subgenre of metal known to man, classical and symphony, video game and movie soundtracks, electronic, and classic rock.

FREE CULTURE : How Big Media Uses Technology and the Law to Lock Down Culture and Control Creativity' by Lawrence Lessig - this is the best non-fiction book i ever read. go download it here . This book gave me new insight into what i already tell people about the industry and the future of technology.
The best 'fictional' books I read were Lord of the Rings (series) and 1984. Though I am not sure if 1984 counts as fiction these days.
Silver Surfer, Spiderman, Hulk, Wolverine, Cyclops, Jean Grey, Gambit, Rogue, Batman, Superman, all of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the Ghostbusers...
