I was a rescue and dad saved me in May, 2001, the week after he won the USPF American Open Powerlifting Championship. I think I was his post-contest good luck charm! ;)
My dad runs bodybuilding and powerlifting contests. I dont really know what those are, but theres alot of excitement in the office when he holds them, and when he returns, he has bones for me, and I go to the park and PetCo! woo hoo!
In 2005, IFBB Fitness Pro Maggie Blanchard became my "mumma'". She helps dad with all of the contests now. She even became Mr. Manion's NPC chairwoman for the state of Rhode Island. :)
