Chemistry is the alias Ron Imhoff records and releases his ambient instrumental compositions under. Chemistry is an eclectic mix of guitars, synthesizers, ebow, piano, hand percussion and sounds of nature.
Ron Imhoff's debut CD Chemistry was released in October 2000 and quickly won the favor of New Age Radio show hosts in the US and abroad. Climbing from 64 in October 2000, to 14 in November 2000, it peaked on the New Age Voice Top 100 charts by securing the 13 position during December 2000 and January 2001. In May 2003, 3 years after its initial release, Chemistry reached the number 1 rank on the MusicChoice Soundscapes Top Ten chart in the company of Yanni and others.
Chemitry Wings of Sound was released in 2004 and received extensive airplay on XM and Sirius satellite radio as well Musicchoice.com with 4 songs in rotation. Wings of Sound was also played on FM NPR stations in the United States and Internationally.
Ron has completed the third Chemistry release and is awaiting copyright receipt and finalization of artwork. Release is pending.
