This is a collection of anti-religious cut-up poemes/stories. Some open ended, and some blatant to point that it reveals the stupidity of "close minded" religious fanatics.
It all started after viewing some of the religious fundementaist videos on youtube.
Ok, first let me say I don’t care what you believe, its not my place to tell you what to believe. However, some of these bigots went to far.
For example: One of these fundamentalists wants to teach a group of small kids to be hateful and as closed-minded as herself and is in fact doing this! Another says we don’t have to protect the environment or be concerned for the future because we will be called to god within the next few years! Since he is closed to other points of view it is impossible to show him how this is wrong.

War Drum
Is it grim, is it industrial.
It's all about where you're from
A Better Blue live in a Yorkshire village that used to be known for its coal industry, now the place is in ruins, a tatty, nasty left over which has seen better days. The old are dying from the damage done to them by the mines and the most of the young are blank eyed drug addled nihilists with no hope. And somewhere in the middle of all this is A Better Blue, working alone in an old pit house with a leaky roof, praying not to get mugged. Well "The War Drum" there first outing into the world of music in 10 years so let's just say this project is a labour of love.About A Better Blue
Well there's me, a PC and a number of instruments and a lot of time but not much money involved in the creation of A Better Blue. The name came to me when I was writing one of the tracks, which at the time was called "something blue" but after adding an extra track, which as it happened change the direction of the composition, I thought to my self "now it's a better blue" and at that point the problem of what to call the band was solved.
Long Ago
This CD is a whole new era for A Better Blue, featuring the many talents of Jamie Caerlleon, whose vocals, viola, electric violin, analogy synths, sitar, and theremin add a much needed warmth and depth to these already excellent tracks.
John Curry (the main engineer for the project) has produced some brilliant electronic dance/pop tracks.
Melanie Nijs on vocoder/ synthesiser.
Silvia Baladron female vocalsThe CD is a powerful mixture of modern and old musical instruments, from synthesizers to sitar/violin all powered by a techno/electronic pop beat. Front man Jamie Caerlleon has created some brilliant emotive lyrics examining hopes, fears and longings we all have at one time or another. The whole project took a year to complete, but what is perhaps most interesting is that in all that time nether of the main musicians actual got together as one lives in England (in a place called Rossington near a town called Doncaster which is near a much more famous place called Sheffield) the other lives in eindhoven Holland and all tracks used in the CD had to be passed back and forth using programs such as Skype to complete the work.
