Edge and other Canadian representatives of the WWF competed in a skate relay race with special olympics atheletes and attended an auction where they donated personal items and WWF memorabilia. Edge and other wrestlers actually worked the phones to take donations for the auction's "Special Olympics" sports action. Jan. 28th 1998, Edge and Steve Austin made the cover of "T.V. They divorced after 3 years. Feb. 2003, He suffered a neck injury and had to undergo surgery, during this time he wrote "Adam Copeland: On Edge". He returned to the ring March of 2004 and was drafted to the Raw brand,From Smackdown. Edge won the six-man “Money in the Bank” Ladder Match at WrestleMania 21, giving him the right to pick his time and place to challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship. The development has only made Edge more crazed, as now he can see blood in the water. Some of Edge’s attitude can be attributed to physical distress. Edge has torn knee ligaments, shattered his hand and endured spinal surgery facing possible paralysis — all because of in-ring risks taken in matches such as “Tables, Ladders and Chairs” to give fans their money’s worth!! These developments mark a harsh shift for Edge, who at one time appreciated being in WWE and would fondly recall his childhood as a wrestling fan. Edge sat on the floor for WrestleMania VI at The SkyDome in Toronto, watching Hulk Hogan battle the Ultimate Warrior. Although he was only 16 at the time, Edge knew that he wanted to follow in the footsteps of Hogan and become a WWE Superstar. Twelve years later, almost 70,000 fans watched Edge defeat Booker T at WrestleMania 18 at SkyDome in Toronto. The chair was their signature weapon; the Hardy Boyz were famous for flying off ladders; and the Dudleys were synonymous with tables. When the three clashed, TLC (Tables, Ladders and Chairs) was born. No one can deny that Edge & Christian took part in many of WWF’s most memorable and dangerous tag-team matches, including the Ladder Match at WrestleMania 2000; Tables, Ladders and Chairs Match at SummerSlam 2000; TLC II at WrestleMania X-Seven; and TLC III on the May 24, 2001 episode of SmackDown! After a hiatus of more than a year due to neck surgery, Edge returned to WWE action and was immediately drafted by RAW. Then, In 2007 EDGE went over to Smackdown and Cashed in his money in the bank case to win the World Heavy Weight title for the first time agaisnt The Undertaker! In July of 2007, EDGE injured his pectoral muscle, leaving him with having to give up The World Heavyweight Championship. He made his comeback at "Survivor Series" 2007!!
