WE SUPPORT ALL LOCAL ART! MUSICIANS, ARTISTS, CLOTHING LINES & MORE!

We are a vintage/local artist retail shop in the front and a beverage/snack cafe along with a spacious art gallery/venue in the back. Come share a cup of coffee, check out our vinyl selection and new local artists cd & t-shirt section. Don't forget about our E-BAY STORE for all your hot vintage finds!! Free Wi-fi is available at the Modern Exchange. We host concerts every night in our gallery . Check out our myspace calendar or website for our concert schedule. We feature art from local artists in our gallery as well and we are available for HALL RENTALS.
