About Me

Can one man's solo project sound as heavy and powerful as a whole band? Hell yes!!!!!MG71 started as a side project, apart from my band "Braindead Zero"...now it's has become an essential part of my lifeI have a studio at home and I've been producing music for more than 18 years.Three albums, "The Truth Hurts" ( 2006 ),"Back to the roots " ( 2007 ) and "Condemned " ( TBR 2008 ), each one covering a different style of metal always keeping MG71's identity based on machine gun guitar riffs and tight rhythm sections....it's pure groove metalAs a musician my biggest influence has always been Pantera...Dimebag -R.I.P - was a God for me and he's the main reason I'm writing music nowdays...my music is the best way I have of keeping his memory aliveApart from being Braindead Zero's guitar player, I have started a new project along with Robin Lundgren - ROBEEO - called POWERDRIVE that will keep us busy all over this 2008.We will release our debut album around July 2008.This is going to be a blast for all true metal fans all over the world.Check us out at : www.myspace.com/powerdrivemetalStay metal
