I enjoy fashion and everything that works hand in hand with it, such as, hair and makeup. I love getting all dolled up, even if there is nowhere to go, although here in Mt. Pleasant it can feel like a waste the majority of the time.I, also, love summer and nice weather. I love to spend time in the ocean... swimming, surfing and laying out in the sun. Most importantly, though, I love to travel and spend time with family and friends. To do the two together is the best. My favorite places to travel are Texas and North Carolina. I would love to see the mountains in the winter, though, because most of my travels are during the warm months and towards the coast.
I would love to meet people who are driven and well spoken with a good head on their shoulders. I love to debate things because I come from a very strong family and have been brought up with strong morals and beliefs, so I enjoy spending time with people who have similar characteristics, but they do not have to be the same as mine when it comes to their opinions. Some of my best friends have completely opposite views than me, but just as solid!Famous person: Oprah Winfrey :)
I do not listen to one genre of music. The past three songs my computer randomly played were by Bad Company, Leann Rimes and Led Zepplin. Whatever sounds good at the moment makes me happy!
I am a hopeless romantic... need I say more? The Notebook, An Officer and a Gentleman, 8 seconds... and the list goes on and on as long as there are other saps like myself to produce the movies.
This works hand in hand with the movies to some degree... I love reality television (although I know it is not "real"with hundreds of cameras filming them), but I also get caught up in animal planet because I am a bleeding heart and Court TV or news programs, such as FoxNews, because I love legal and political issues from the past or more recent times.
The Theory Of Relativity is a great book because it shows the power a father can have in a child's life, just like my father has had in mine.
I have had many people step into my life at a time that I needed them, so I consider all of you my heroes. The most influential person, though, in my life is my grandfather who now has passed. He taught me so much about life that I never could have learned through a text book or lecture. He was a man of dedication, love for family and unbelievable strength. He will always hold a peice of my heart with him and I will forever take a bit of him with me where ever I go in my life or whatever I do.
