About Me

I've actually spent some time thinkin bout this. And I realized that we are so much more than what we see on the surface everyday. And sometimes, in the chaos , "we" get lost. Then, through a course of events, or people, or both, we start peeling the layers of chaos and confusion away, and find who we TRULY are. Who we were all along, but that just got buried with all the bullshit and stress of everyday life.A Re-Birth, so to speak. Sooooooo.."about me?" I guess I'm kind of complex. I analyze EVERYTHING to death. I guess its the curse of being really smart. At least thats what they told me in school. I'm a cynic by nature, and don't trust easily~always have my guard up to some degree. I'm a very good judge of character and can read people extremely well.Especially in my line of work. I like to believe in the inherent good of ALL people, but that 'good' is so subjectively defined, that its not always obvious. I believe that a connection with someones soul is the strongest connection one can have, and its not bound by the earth. I believe in spirituality, rather than religion. Im very selective about the people i let into my life. I don't like toxic or negative people around me. Those that are close to me, I love them completely, and tell them often, life is too short not to .

Music:

I have such an eclectic taste in music. It varies so much depending on who, when and where. I like Reggae alot...its such a pure music that really moves the soul. Nothing like a beach in the Bahamas with an old time local band playing Reggae at the bar...I also listen to some rap/hip hop, and alot of R & B.....I think Prince is an absolute GENIUS and I really dig Kanye West and Alicia Keys too. Old school rap, Pete Rock & CL Smooth, (CL is just NICE when it comes to spittin lyrics and Pete's beats are SICK) Lords of the Underground, Tribe Called Quest, BDP, 2Pac. Of course with M's influence, there's a ton of stuff i listen to from the 80's club days, although that shit is before my time..I love reminiscing about music, so hit me up if there's a particular song you remember..chances are, i do too.

Movies:

Hmmm action/drama/mob movies....too many to list.....I thought about this....If I had to list: Scarface, Lord of War, Oceans Eleven (12, 13) comical, if nothing else...Borat, which was so hysterically stupid that it HAD to be funny (Thanks, Sterling, that movie will forever remind me of working with u that night;).....)

Television:

Documentaries, Discovery Channel, Military Channel, CSI, Law and Order, Criss Angel Mindfreak!, The First 48, News shows, Dog the Bounty Hunter...Ummmmm Ghost Hunters...(Thanks S, you ass, for getting me hooked on this stupid shit...and for the EVP that I now have on my camera's video)I absolutely LOVE to dissect the lies and propaganda of mainstream tv!

Books:

Haven't read many lately...does the Bible count?Ohhh, and The Secret......goooooooood book.
