About Me

My name is Brian, im 21 years old.

I was born and raised in Elizabeth, New Jersy, and moved to Miami when I was 15, and been here ever since.

I really enjoy the company of other people, like my friends.

I love just hanging out, watching a movie.

Im not a very picky person when it comes to what to do.

I have a laid back, and open minded personality.

Im not afraid to stick out of a crowd, or make a fool out of myself just to put a smile on someone elses face.

One day I will own a Volswagen Bus, its always been a dream of mine.

According to my friends im a lot of fun to be around.

I have a great sense of humor, its one of my strengths.

But my main weakness I think is that Im just too nice sometimes, but thats just who I am.

I have lots of friends, but only a few who im really close with.

I really value my friendships.

As people always say, relationships come and go but friendships are there forever.

Ive been through some things that really made me realize what that really meant, so I take strongly to that phrase.

I really dont think that people should take life too seriously sometimes. Its good to just cut loose, and enjoy, and take things as they come.

Yea theres gonna be the hard times, but youre always gonna have people there to help you out.

Thats my philosophy on life. Thats just my way of thinking, im very in depth.

I play drums and guitar, and now recently just got into some vocals.

For some reason ive been getting into photography now.

Just like everyone else on this planet i love a good laugh, but I laugh at anything.

I try to stay upbeat most of the times.

I like playing Pool, going Bowling, Soccer, and.....Poker lol.

Writing really relaxes me, lets me get a lot out without any stress.

I am not a fan of censorship, and I refuse to be censored.

To some I am really naive, to others I'm rather experienced.

To some I'm too laid-back, to others I'm too uptight.

But if anyone wants to find out anything else about me just im me on AIM, my screen name is BGAkou (weird i know). But yea just im me.

One day I plan to actually go back to Jersey to see my old neighborhood, and to whats new. Maybe a trip with some friends in order sometime.

Probably the coolest ride to ever hit the streets...one day I will have one.

My Interests

Well, ive got lots of interests. For starters I play Drums, and I love playing. Very enerjetic. I also play guitar. Im really into the whole music scene, I love playing Instruments. My newest thing is that ive been wanting to get do vocals for a while now, so well see what happens. I like to sketch/draw. I also just enjoy just hanging out, litening to music, going out. I could never get enough movies. Thats one place that i really enjoy going. If anyone ever wants to just hang out, just let me know, ill be glad to.

I'd like to meet:

My Twin.............but seriously I would like to meet someone who could teach me something new. Someone I dont know. If it were possible I would like to meet who I was in all of my past lives........ that'd be pretty sweet. Anyone who I can hang out with. Yea well, theres a lot of people I would like to meet.

Music:

Well for starters I really like the Coheed and Cambria, Taking Back Sunday, Muse, The Strokes, Against Me, The Prize Fighter Inferno, Set your Goals, Finch, Thursday, Dashboard Confessional, Blink 182, Angels and Airwaves, Plus 44, Rise Against, Circa Survive, Hot Hot Heat, Motion City Soundtrack, Allister, Relient K, Weezer, Poison the Well, Thrice, New Found Glory, Thursday, Norma Jean, Senses Fail, Underoath, Atreyu, Story of the Year, the Bronx, and lots and lots of others....just ask! ;)

^That band got me through some hard times...if you ever need a pick up just give them a listen.

Movies:

Harold and Kumar go to White Castle, Space Balls, Ferris Beulers Day Off, Zoolander, Star Wars Episodes 1-6, Spiderman 1 and 2, X-Men 1, 2, and 3, Corky Romano, Night at the Roxbury, Face Off, Anchorman, Dodgeball, one movie that I honestly have to admit to liking is A Walk to Remember. I think its a really good movie. Theres lots of others.

Television:

Nip/Tuck right now has to be my favorite. Well LOST is a big one, im really into that show. But I love cartoons, still a kid at heart lol. Family Guy is another big one, South Park. Anything really.

Books:

I started the Lord of the Rings Trilogy but never finished. Eragon and Eldest, awesome books. I just read The Da Vinci Code, another awesome book, also Angels and Demons. Anything by Dan Brown is awesome.

Heroes:

Well i consider anyone who has gone through something life changing, and is able to wake up the next day and move on with life and accept what happend for what it is, an amazing person and truly consider them heroes to others. Ive been through quite a lot myself and I can for sure relate to anyone else who has.

Bob Marley is a big hero of mine. His music is in my opinion has inspired so many around the world. His legend, and legacy will live on forever.
