I am here for Friends

About Me

"The miles of air and road and land
That separate me from all my plans
Were havin' havin' havin' havin' fun
But something something tells me I miss someone"
Call 'n Return - Hellogoodbye

" We're all pretty bizarre. Some of us are just better at hiding it, that's all"
The Breakfast Club
"If heaven is such a wonderful place then how come being crucified is such a big fucking sacrifice?"
Igby Goes Down
"The way out of trouble is never as simple as the way in"
Edgar Watson Howe
"If you lie you dont deserve to have friends"
Newport Living - Cute is what we aim for
"I'm gonna keep trying
getting denied just makes me want it more
I'll keep trying and each time push harder than before
I can't live my life always worried about what if
'Cause what if I die tomorrow
Then I never even lived"
What if - Plain White T's
This ain't where it's at
My friends will second that
And I gotta admit sometimes it's pretty sad
But its like were our own brat pack
Were always kicking back nobody can take that
And that is that
Brat Pack - The Rocket Summer
Surprise Surprise, my name is Emily
I’m 18 mwuhahah, despite the fact I look about 12
I love my car, its small and cute, it is named Marmaduke, and is a direct relation to Herbie, I'm sure of it =]I have had the unfortunate pleasure of residing in Peterborough my entire life, however I’m off to uni very soon [I hope]
Hot coffee, cold tea & toast with marmite = loveApple tango & arizona pomegranate green tea are the gods of all drinks, I actually cannot make it through psychology tutorials or lyrical ballad lessons without my can of apple tango + I wish they would put the additives back inA-Levels at Peterborough High School, English Lit, History & Psych
Social Anthropology at university (Y) its going to be sweet as
i wish i was part of the brat pack =] - how cool would that be?
I only really like music from the east coast, mainly small local bands - although i am aware of the irony of them being 'local' to me. I tend not to like British music much
all the best music is produced by some random kid in their bedroom in the middle of nowhere, not some over produced studio rubbishah i love irony & being sarcastic to people, especially when people don’t get itdon't try and lecture me - i'll prolly hate you, I’ll resent you if you force religion on me, I also refuse to sing in assembly and such like, they are conning you into ‘prayer’ and I won’t have any of iti have a recurring dream that by hook or crook i get into an important position in the government and i can make all the changes i want & implement loads of new laws - it's a well good dream - shame it will prob never come true =[i love the catcher in the rye - i think everyone has a bit of Holden in them, I also love the perks of being a wallflower ‘at that moment I swear we were infinite’ you should read both these bookswhen I’m older I will move away from the UK, as far as i can, hopefully new zealand and I won't be coming back in a hurryI support my shoe obsession by working at John Lewis “touch my towels feel my fork”, however, now I cannot look at a towel without thinking ‘that’s been folded terribly’, its really quite tragic
The shoe obsession is getting pretty badWikipedia ownsI take a shine to dorky, awkward people, i dislike over confident, jock-y peopleI don't like competitive natures, also 'sporty' people note - 'rounders' is by no sense of the imagination a sportDon't speak your mind, unless you can handle the consequences - learnt that one the hard way

dearest emily...
