Sanus Ortus was formed from the desire of two pro players to write some strong melody based heavy fusion. Sure a lot of bands have all the chops and crazy odd times, and we have those too (although we try and be sensible about it) but our main focus has been on the arrangement of each tune, ensuring it captures some sort of epic melodic essence amidst the craziness.
