About Me

Myspace Layouts - Myspace Editor - Image Hosting

I'm a soul boy and have been told, "Once a mod, always a mod" so I guess I'm one of those too! I'm a fan of Tears For Fears but Stevie Wonder is my all-time favourite artist. I also like The Beach Boys, Earth Wind and Fire, Blondie, The Beatles, The Stereophonics, Luther Vandross and Simple Minds.
I'm a sports fan and enjoy watching Bristol Rovers and Bath Rugby (Allez Bath!). I also enjoy American Football (Go Rams!). I recently watched NY Knicks at 'The Garden'- awesome! So I guess I'd better add them too!
I also enjoy reading about the space race, and my hero astronauts are Eugene 'Geno' Cernan and DK 'Deke' Slayton. In addition I am a Concorde nut, whatever being a nut consists of.
But most of all, my music is my passion. As well as TFF and SW, I appreciate 60s Motown and Soul, 70s Disco and Philly, Northern Soul, and 80s Soul. You may not find me in Discos or Night Clubs these days, but I'm an old soul boy at heart.
My favourite places in the World are: Bath, Bristol, New York City, The Cotswolds, Crete, Hamburg, Lausanne and the west Cornwall coastline.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

I'd love to meet Curt and Roland from TFF, Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder, Gene Cernan, Tom Stafford and Gene Kranz from Nasa. I'd also like to meet Ray Liotta.

The effects of global warming?

This is what happens when you return to work after four weeks at home...

Okay it's the summer. Granted- an ENGLISH summer, but they've been pretty good recently, even if we have had to shave two feet off the ozone layer to achieve it. Anyway, I'm returning to the day shift...

A quintessential English summer?

Saturday 9th June 2007Well, it looks like our summer has finally arrived- quite literally with a bang. A morning 'pottering around' in the garden as 'she' puts it very eloquently, followed by a lovely...
