the order in which i would give up my senses (if i had to) follows, in order from first to last: taste, smell, sight, touch, hearing. my sixth sense i might not give up at all.
i use my ears all the time. i'm a musician (performer, composer, electronic music programmer), sound recordist/editor/masterer/librarian, and noisy prop gathering addict. i work in sound post-production for film, and i love it. (with these hours, you really have to)
i just got a purse big enough to comfortably hide the dsm... muahahahahahahahhahahaahaahhh...
