Acting, dance, reading, scifi and fantasy, movies (well the good ones anyway, which are gettin few and far between). I collect Dolphins and I like anything to do with Lord of the Rings. But I won't get into the huge debates of the technicallities of what went wrong in the movies/books. Can't we just enjoy it for what it is, do we have to rip everything apart? I like to listen to music, especially soundtracks. Instrumental music just relaxes me, which is important, epecially when driving in LA traffic. I like to camp, hike...you know, getting one with nature stuff. That's actually one of the few things I miss about home is the camping in summertime. But enough reminiscing about the past.

Soundtracks and musicals mainly. My favorites are James Horner, Hans Zimmer, Howard Shore, Klaus Bladelt, and Trevor Jones. At least that's who I have the most of. My favorites are the Lord of the Rings 1,2, &3, Braveheart, Gladiator, Pirates of the Caribbean, Labyrinth, Requiem for a dream...Lets put it this way, when asked who my favorite band it, I usually reply Hans Zimmer and the London Symphony Orchestra. But I also like Evanescence, a few 80's bands, Loreena McKennitt, Celtic music, you know I don't really limit myself to any one particular group. However, I draw the line at anything resembling country, rap, hip hop, or heavy metal. I don't like listening to stuff that screams or cusses at me.
Movies:
Lord of the Rings, Stargate, Harry Potter, Princess Bride, Dogma, Disney (when they were still good), Shakespeare in Love, Labyrinth, The Dark Crystal, sci fi, fantasy....tend to avoid blow-em-ups, slasher / trasher, and anything with Adam Sandler. If I wanted to see a grown man act like a 5 year old, I'd go visit my relatives.

Television:
sci fi and crime shows, mainly. Stargate, Startrek, X-Files (when they were still on the air), Law and Order:SVU, CSI, Without a Trace, Nip/Tuck, Friends, Will and Grace, Simpsons, Futurama, Family guy. You know, the usual. Absolutely NO reality TV of any sort. They just depict Americans as being nothing more that Greedy, shallow, skanks for the most part.
Books:
I LOVE the Terry Goodkind, Sword of Truth series. I am quite obsessed with those. I also love the Harry Potter series, Angels & Demons, and The DaVinci Code by Dan Brown. And how could I forget the Bard - William Shakespeare. I'm mostly in love with fantasy novels. My philosophy: if there isn't at least one wizard or a sword fight, it's not worth reading.
