The hybrid motorsport and performance labs and training techniques will take
you into a hands-on motorsport environment from day one. The performance
fabrication technician is cross-trained to fill many positions.As in any industry
many choose to specialize in one area, chassis construction, engine assembly,
body hanging, metal shaping or refinishing, however the thing that separates
motorsports and performance from other industries is the competition factor.
The greatest performance technicians today have the strongest winning attitudes.
Attitude, focus and commitment have to be incorporated with strong technical
skills to survive in this specialized industry. Many students enter with some
experience, some with no experience, some with bad habits, misconceptions and
poor work disciplines. Our main purpose is to prepare our students to excel in
the motorsports and performance industry. Our instructors invest equally between
tuning attitudes and training technical skills. The formula includes,
