Member of the band "THE STORM" (Currently in the studio) Started playing piano when i was 12 and then the same year started learning to play drums and guitar. Didnt get all that good with the guitar. When i was 15 i started playing bass. In 1976 Don Garner, Jimi Garner, Keith Lynch and I started a band called Stillwater band in searcy. We played school proms and dances and many other venues around the state. In 1978 Don and I joind a band called Mad Shadows with Ricky and Steve Carter and Gary petus. In 1979 another band was formed called Toy with me, Don, Jimi and Mike Henderson. I could go on and on. Now after 32 years Don, Jimi and I are back together again forming the best band this area has seen in a long long time. The piano parts that I play are real piano compositions, not just a fill. Dons guitar playing is presise and stylistic, not overbearring. Jimi can rumble your ass off with his drums. We dont play the same ole songs that other bands play. We play what we like and what we want to play. We have several of our own songs also. We are currently in the studio working on a new CD of our own songs that will be released on our own label so look for it this summer.Behind Blue Eyes /Johnny Moffitt
